Aviation Aluminum Gantry:
As the gantry is made of aluminum alloy based on the aerospace standard, the weight is reduced by half compared with the previous products.But the greatly improve the overall strength ,stiffness and stability.
Segmented Rectangular Welded Bed:
The worktable adopts square tube welding machine and stress relief annealing treatment. The maximum load-bearing of the worktable can reach 1500kg, and is equipped with universal ball bearing. The peripheral clamping device is set outside the machine, and the fully enclosed dust-proof device, photoelectric sensor and other precision positioning components are used to ensure the transmission accuracy.
Cutting Head:
The optimized optical configuration and smooth and efficient air flow design ensure high precision and strong stability; the focusing range is large, the perforation focal length is increased, and the perforation focal length and cutting focal length are set respectively to improve the cutting accuracy.
Transmission and Precision:
CG Fiber laser cutting machine is equipped with Japan YASKAWA Servo Motor, France MOTOVARIO reducer. It makes sure that the machine positioning accuracy is ±0.02mm,and the cutting acceleration is 1.0G. The service life is more than 10 years.
