Aviation Aluminum Gantry:

The new generation of gantry is made of the special materials as high-strength aluminum by adoppting advanced technology, which make sure the overall strength,stiffness and stability of the beam.

Segmented Rectangular Welded Bed:

The worktable adopts square tube welding machine and stress relief annealing treatment. The maximum load-bearing of the worktable can reach 5000kg, and is equipped with universal ball bearing. The peripheral clamping device is set outside the machine, and the fully enclosed dust-proof device, photoelectric sensor and other precision positioning components are used to ensure the transmission accuracy.

Cutting Head:

High adjustment accuracy, adjustment range + 10mm ~ - 12mm, accuracy ≤ 50" μ m

Increase the perforation focal length, set the perforation focal length and cutting focal length respectively to improve the cutting accuracy. It is suitable for different types of plates from 0 to 20mm

Complete the rapid perforation of thick plates and automatic cutting of plates with different thicknesses and materials

CG Fiber laser cutting machine is equipped with Japan YASKAWA Servo Motor, France MOTOVARIO reducer. It makes sure that the machine positioning accuracy is ±0.02mm,and the cutting acceleration is 1.0G. The service life is more than 10 years.
