Aviation Aluminum Gantry:

It is manufactured according to aerospace standard and extruded by 4300t press. After aging treatment, the strength can reach 6061 T6, which is the highest among all the gantry frames. Aviation aluminum has many advantages, such as good toughness, light weight, corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, low density, greatly improved processing speed and so on.

The beam is high-strength aluminum alloy processing molding, after heat treatment for roughing, after the secondary vibration processing caused by shock insulation, to ensure the overall strength, rigidity and stability of the beam.

Raytools Cutting Head:

Adjustment precision range +10mm~-12mm, accuracy ≤50μm, suitable for 0~20mm different types of plates.

- Without manual adjustment, continuous focus can be set through the program to complete the fast perforation of thick plates and automatic cutting of plates of different thickness and materials.

- Optimized optical and water-cooling design enables the laser head to operate continuously and stably for a long period of time at high power.

Transmission and Precision:

CG Fiber laser cutting machine is equipped with Japan YASKAWA Servo Motor, France MOTOVARIO reducer. It makes sure that the machine positioning accuracy is ±0.02mm,and the cutting acceleration is 1.0G. The service life is more than 10 years.

Independent cabinet and interface display:

All electrical components in the independent control cabinet with dust-proof design. Air condition is built-in to the independent control cabinet with automatic constant temperature, which can avoid high temperature damage the electrical components.

S&A Water Chiller:
